BOKA NAVY INTERNATIONAL GUEST APPEARANCES | PICTURE GALLERY

Boka Navy first toured abroad (and this is also the first release from Kotor at all) in 1908, going to Vienna to celebrate 60 years of the reign of Emperor Franz Joseph, along with the town of Kotor music.

From then until the next roaming across borders, passed almost a century. On 1st and 2nd September 2001, the Navy staying in Lanciano (Abruzzo, Italy) at the cultural event of medieval costumes, "Mastrogiurato 2001".

In a joint project with Croatian civil society in Montenegro, the Navy on 25 September 2003 visited Zagreb and participated in the cultural event "Boka – Zagreb".

Boka Navy detachment, led by Admiral dr. Miloš Miloseviš and Vice Admiral Ilija Radović, was on an official visit Venice on 7 and 8 May 2005. The occasion was the twinning of the cities of Kotor and Venice during the celebration of the traditional event "Wedding of Venice to the sea."

On October 9th 2005 Boka Navy was staying in Mostar, performing with dance group at the academy on the eve of celebrations of the city.

In 2007, the Navy made several trips outside Kotor. In Dubrovnik was first to celebrate St. Blaise, on February 2nd, and then the celebration of the Dubrovnik-Neretva County, on May 13th. On that occasion he passed Stradunom with the flag of an independent Montenegro, which has meanwhile declared 2006.

In Split, the Navy stayed at the celebration of the city and St. Dominus on 6th and 7th May 2007, where on the Peristyle played their traditional kolo dance, warm welcomed by the citizens of Split and Boka who live there.

In 2008, the Navy's first performed in Mostar, 30th and 31st April 2008, and then in Omis to celebrate the Day of Omiš, 16th May. The project of visiting Omis was realized in cooperation with the Croatian Civil Society of Montenegro in Kotor.

In 2009 Boka Navy has had three guest appearances: on 6th and 7th May repeated visit to Split on the occasion of celebration of the city and St. Dominus, then on 8th and 9th November in Sibenik attended the international event "Medieval Fair in Sibenik," which featured a memorial organizations from the former common state and environments, in traditional costumes.

On 11th November of the same year the Navy staying in Adelfia (Puglia, Italy) on the occasion of the jubilee celebrations of the relics of St. Tryphon 809–2009 and the transfer of relics to Italy.

In 2010, the Navy for the third time guest in Split, at the invitation of the mayor of this city, and on the occasion of celebration of the city and the Sv. Dominus, on 6th and 7th May. Immediately afterwards, on 29th May, at the invitation of the "Dalmaherc" and tourist organization of Ston, participating in a cultural event, "Most of unity – Ston 2010" together with other memorial organizations from Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Finally, on October 25th 2012 Boka Navy visited Zadar in the framework of the tenth anniversary of the Zadar University.
